Please see Installer Information for details. We strongly recommend to use the web installers as it reduces download time and saves significant disk space. The dedicated Windows 10 tab allows you to modify things such as Disable Cortana or Disable Automatic Updates.
The Universal tab lets you change system functions, including Disable Telemetry Tasks and Disable Windows Defender.
It features a single, tabbed UI with a total of 11 tabs. Optimizer is a portable program, thus you can open and start using it right away.
